- Autoritzar fins al 31 de desembre de 2017 als titulars d'autoritzacions de radioaficionat la realització d'emissions a la banda de freqüències 5.351,5-5.366,5 kHz amb una potència radiada màxima de 15 w (p.i.r.e) i qualsevol tipus de modulació.
